Rubber Ring Joint (RRJ) Installation 1 - Additional Tools Required 2 - Wipe the inside of pipe (RRJ) as shown
3 - Make sure it is clear of debris
4 - Wipe the Rubber Ring Seal (RRS)
5 - Fold the RRS as shown 6 - Insert the RRS into groove 7 - Adjust the RRJ to fit properly
8 - Wipe the end of the adjoining pipe as shown 9 - Measure the Depth of Insertion 10 - Make a Marking line accordingly
11 - Apply Lubricant onto the RRS evenly around 12 - Recheck Lubrication Application 13 - Apply Lubricant on the end of the adjoining pipe as shown 14 - Insert the straight-end of the pipe into the RRJ 15 - Bind the pipes separately as shown
16 - Pull the Lever to achieve Full Insertion 17 - Insert till the point of Marked line
18 - Check the RRS to make sure it is in place 19 - DO NOT use Crowbar as shown
20 - Crowbar should be used with a wooden plank instead 21 - Check the RRS again to make sure it is still in place 22 - DO NOT use hammer as shown 23 - Hammer should be used with a wooden plank instead
